Our founder Daniel Bowling brings a combination of experience that is unique in the game. Over 20 years as an executive headhunter placing top technology professionals at board and senior level, Daniel built a career identifying exceptional talent, opening doors at the highest level and negotiating deals that reflect people's true worth. He knows what it takes to represent someone properly, to understand their value, build the right relationships and never let them be undersold.
He brings that same expertise to football. Having navigated the academy system personally, supporting his son Harley to sign for Tottenham Hotspur Academy and helping other players reach Ipswich Town, Watford, Charlton Athletic and academies across the South East, Daniel understands both sides of the table. What scouts look for. What clubs try to get away with. And exactly how to make sure a player's family is never left in the dark.
